Nelson Rêgo, CEO of Prime Yield, part of Gloval, was one of the market experts invited by leading magazine Iberian Property in its Summer issue to give an insight on how important is sustainability in asset value. Nelson stressed that sustainability adds greater value to an asset because the new demand recognizes it.
