Prime Yield moderates debate at “Portugal: What is Hot, What is Not” conference
The company has moderated the panel about rehabilitation and tourism at the fully attended conference promoted by online newspaper ECO and DPL Piper, held in April 10th.
Under the theme “Rehabilitation also is Real Estate and Tourism”, the discussion panel was moderated by Nelson Rêgo, CEO of Prime Yield. The debate took place precisely in the same day that the company launched its newest edition of the research “Urban Rehabilitation for Residential Use in Lisbon”, co-developed with DLA Piper.
The panel, which closed the conference, was integrated by Eduardo Abreu (Neoturis), Luís Filipe Carvalho (DLA Piper), Álvaro Carvalho (Mystic Invest) and Luís Araújo, the President of Turismo de Portugal. The role of the rehabilitation movement in the recovery of the real estate market, the increasing success of Portugal as a tourism destination and the relation between tourism, real estate and rehabilitation were the major themes debated.
The Conference, which was fully booked, took place in April 10th at Câmara de Comércio e Indústria Portuguesa (Lisbon), gathering the more important real estate players operating in Portugal.
